Brunch*

If brunch were a party this would be served! Comes with fir fir, kinche, Ethiopian-style scrambled eggs, chechebsa, tibs, kitfo, and ayib. Served with pita or injera. Serves 2 to 4.

Chechebsa*

Small pieces of flatbread braised with berbere and your choice of Ethiopian butter or olive oil.

Fetira*

Traditional Ethiopian breakfast consisting of flatbread layered with eggs, served with honey.

Foul*

Crushed beans sauteed with our spices, garnished with fresh diced onions, tomatoes, and pepper. Finished with olive oil and butter. Served on pita. Loaded - Add feta cheese and a boiled egg or scrambled eggs for an extra charge.

Kinche*

Cracked wheat cooked tender with Ethiopian butter and spices.

Scrambled Eggs*

Sautéed with onions, tomatoes, peppers and Ethiopian butter. Served with pita. Add a Prime Ribeye steak for an extra charge.
